Electric contact pressure gauge is an instrument used to measure the pressure of liquids or gases and emit an electrical signal when the preset pressure is reached. This type of pressure gauge usually consists of a measuring system, an indicating system, an electrical contact device, an outer shell, an adjustment device, and a junction box. When the pressure of the measured medium acts on the spring tube in the measurement system, a corresponding elastic deformation displacement is generated at the end of the spring tube. After transmission amplification, the measured pressure value is displayed by the indicating device. At the same time, the instantaneous contact (dynamic break or dynamic close) with the contact (upper or lower limit) on the set pointer causes the circuit in the control system to be disconnected or connected, in order to achieve automatic control and signal alarm purposes. This type of pressure gauge is widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power plants, machinery, or in mechanical and electrical equipment to measure the pressure of various fluid media without explosion hazards.
